W/M PvE mass melee build
basically this build is extremely effective vs all melee enemies out there. Many little tweaks can be made but I found that if your PvE by yourself this is pretty much a darn good build. Runes: Sup absorbtion, Sup Vigor, Minor Tactics, Minor Strength, Minor swordsmanship (or whatever weapon you use). Then you have the other 30 attribute points etc. I prefer to use either a Sundering 20/20 Longsword, or a 3/1 Vampiric with a Malinons. Here is the skill list from left to right. Final Thrust, Bonetti's Defence, Dolyak Signet, Healing Hands, Healing Breeze, Vigorous Spirit,Mending, Healing Signet. The Final thrust or Healing Signet can be replaced with mend condition, Smite Hex, or Rebirth, just depends on what your doing at the time. I know that probably somewhere on this vast forum this build has already been made so forgive me if youve already seen it. But nevertheless give it a shot. Im sure that taking on 8-12 Hydra, or 25-30 Mounian Trolls is enough proof to say its a decent build .

Well, it can keep you alive...but how long did it take for those Hydra and Trolls to die?

I can get all defence spells and say its a good build becuase I can solo 10 Hydras... how in the world did you kill all the trolls/hydas with just Final.. no flurryto charge it up. Probably took like 20 mins...
For farming them, you only need a few defensive skills, others being attack.

1) This belongs in the new Farming board
2) Christ.....you have no elite and more heals/armor pumps/blocks than you could EVER cast even if you didnt use 1 of your energy pips for Mending.
3) You have no attacking power. Look at Don't Feel No Pain's Hydra Farming build. It's about maximizing kill speed and Healing power while minimizing damage taken and time you are shutdown. Your build does 1 of those things and it does it rather badly
Look through the Warrior board and Farming board a little and check out a few builds in there. You'll find Hydra farming, Wurm farming, Trolls, Griffons, Minotaurs, and lots more that will surprise you. I know I was pretty consistantly amazed at the things people managed to solo in this game

It depends. For 6-8 Hyrda took me like 3-5 min, otherwise I used flurry instead of final thrust and got it down to 2-3 min. This build is basically for those situations where you find yourseld accedentally agrroing more than you can handle. As for the trolls.....hehe I dont think Im gonna farm trolls with this build unless I have another guy with me like an elementalist. But like I said, its just a template. As in the core healing skills and stance skills.

1. ok my bad first post lol.
2. The elite is healing hands.
3. Like I said it was a template of core healing skills. This is basivally the "just sit there and dont die" type build. Anotherwords being the main fortress of the team while they do damage. But I use this variation for solo as well.

The fact that you rely on so many enchants, you can only use this in 55-able areas, which they will beat your build at survivability and kill rate hands down.
If its just for tanking.... The beauty about warrior tanks is that they can go where 55 tanks can't. They use non-enchant skills which can't be stripped while still maintaining their durability.
You have no attack skills apart from Final Thrust (which is powerful, but counter productive) which will cancel your bonetti's OR cancel your charged Bonetti's.... these 2 skills don't work well on the same skill bar.
Your skills are spread over 4 attributes: SM, HP, Tact and Str. Presume you have decent Heal Prayers and Str for your Dolyak and heal spells... that leaves very little for Heal Sig (ie. wasted skill) or your SM.
Lastly, energy managment. You will have 1 pip of e-regen after mending. Vig and HH are 5 en each. 5 en will recharge in 15seconds on 1 e-regen. HealBreeze takes 10e thats 30 seconds.
You really can't afford to use a zealous weapon here really, although it will provide more energy than that 1 pip.
You have no interupts either, so your poor little FT every 13 seconds will just be brushed away by a single healsig.
Have a look at the other war farming threads to see the balance in attack and defence.

ok, I looked at other builds and realized that I could inflict alot of damage while maintaing my healing enchants. Here is a revised edition of the build.
Flurry
Riposte
Deadly Riposte
Dolyak Signet
Bonettis Defence
Healing Hands
Vigorous Spirit
Mending
I also thought of replacing Mending instead Balthazars Spirit seeing as most of the major PvE melee builds (including the imfamous Hydra build) has it as well. I know that the build is dependent on enchantments but hopefully the effects of the energy regen from Bonettis(+5) would help not only the slow energy regen, but also the reapllying of Mending or whatever enchantment you use.

Bonetti's will cancel on using a skill, remember that. So you cant even cast heal sig without canceling it.
Since you have high tactics (from your 2 ripostes) you should take Glads Defence. Balths spirit is for energy management. Bonetti's is for energy but most importantly, allow you to cast a 2sec heal sig without being interuppted.
I'm not too sure why flurry is in there, since your main damage will come from ripostes. You are also missing heal sig. But if it works and your comfortable with it, then just use it =D
